It is engaged in customer-oriented production by combining technology, production and design with the power of expertise with CNC lathes, vertical machining centres, grinding, deep hole drilling machines and assembly and automation lines of its own design and manufacture.
It manufactures assembled and ready-to-assemble precision machining products for many applications, especially fuel injection, steering, emission, hydraulic system products from steel bar, forging and casting materials, with its machine park ranging from 4mm to 60mm in bar diameter and capable of mass production with 0.5 micron precision, together with special tools of its own design and production.
Cengiz Makina, which holds an R&D centre certificate, produces projects supported by the Ministry of Industry to carry out product and process development processes with its qualified R&D staff. Robotic systems are used to increase production capacity and efficiency.
Cengiz Makina‘s quality laboratories, where quality is the primary focus, carry out mechanical hardness measurements, dimensional measurements, gear measurements, scanning electron microscope measurements, cleanliness tests according to VDA 19.2, precision particle weights and the accuracy of the measuring instruments is ensured in the calibration laboratory. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 9100, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 , ISO50001 and TISAX standards have confirmed the high quality standard and the importance it attaches to occupational health and labour health and the environment.
