Machine tools, assembly lines, quality inspection equipment and automatic feeding-discharging systems are our key project segments. While machining is Cengiz’s key operating field, we are ranked among the unique set of companies capable of manufacturing their own machine tools. Our ambition in this field is even comparable to key suppliers in this business. Each part manufactured should be checked and measured with high-precision equipment, and for this purpose, we are capable of manufacturing fast and high-precision metering devices and testers. Measuring and visual control systems avoid human error and guarantee a seamless production. We can initiate the batch manufacture of each project in the country where the original plant of the group is located. Myriad of projects in our country as well China and Mexica are currently yielding brilliant results. The Cengiz R&D Centre exports the equipment manufactured in Turkey, generating a high level of financial income for the company.

Setting up and monitoring the communication of machine tools, feeding-discharging robots and quality control systems with each other and with a common system is one of our “Industry 4.0” projects. Digitally tracking the whole production process and monitoring productivity are key functions for rapid intervention in errors and production defects. One of our actual R&D projects is the design of “Virtual Intelligence” systems capable of handling the future manufacturing planning process through instantaneous data from the stations and further based on customer demands from IRP systems.
